2011/2012 Programs It is a wonderful time for the music programs at St. James. Our music groups continue to progress in skill, flexibility, and range of repertoire. I am grateful to all of our musicians for their devotion and dedication to sacred musical excellence. SENIOR CHOIR - Has 21 members and averages 14 at worship services. In 2010 we sang a variety of music including classical, contemporary, folk, spiritual, as well as selections from the Mozart Requiem. In 2011, we will sing several selections from Brahm's Requiem. BELL CHOIR - Has 14 full-time members for 2011. In 2010, we participated in the Massachusettes Spring Ring and were selected to be the featured guest group at the Keene Pops Choir's Christmas concert. In 2011 we will participate in the Vermont Spring Ring which will be held in Bellows Falls on April 30th. YOUTH/ADULT ORCHESTRA - Has 14 members for 2011. In 2010, we performed on Palm Sunday and on Youth Sunday (November 14th). ORDINARY PEOPLE BAND - Launched the first ever Jazz Sunday on November 7, 2010. We had bass, guitar, drums, keyboard, and a multitude of singers perform. The second Jazz Sunday will be on the last Sunday before Lent.
